Greater New Orleans East Business Alliance
GNOEBA is a member based non-profit organization made up of business owners, organizations, and local professionals united to promote strong business development, business sustainability, and addressing community issues.
GNOEBA serves as a resource for information, educational activities, and networking. We monitor both local and state issues that may have an impact on businesses in New Orleans East. GNOEBA is the conduit for other businesses, civic organizations, consumers and governmental associations to help build an alliance between organizations for business purposes.
